Thomas Avery | Composer, Producer, Engineer, Multi-Instrumentalist
Thomas Avery is an Atlanta-native composer, producer, and musician with a master’s degree in Music Composition. Together with his father, Herb Avery, he regularly writes original music for CNN. His music has also been featured in a variety of other mediums including a national spot for the Air Force Academy, Coca-Cola’s podcast Total Refresh, and forthcoming Turner Classic Movie’s podcast The Plot Thickens. When he’s not composing, he can be found working with artists to produce & record their albums. Fluent in all genres but especially fond of jazz, rock, and classical, Thomas has helped give artistic shape to albums for B.R. Lively, Sumilan, The Titos & Debes. Outside of the studio, Thomas gigs locally with his own band, East Avenue Revue.
